Path of Exile is getting four major updates in 2019
Grinding Gear Games have confirmed that Path of Exile PlayStation 4 version will be delayed to mid-March 2019 as they posted a tweet reminding the fans that their previous announcement included estimates and not exact launch dates. PlayStation 4 version of Path of Exile was announced back in November 2018 and was supposed to be released about a month later, in December. It was then delayed, where Grinding Gear Games stated it would come in "early February 2019" but this didn't turn out to be the case either.

Taking to Twitter to inform players of the new release timings for the game and other announcements, Grinding Gear said PlayStation 4 owners can expect the game to be out in mid-March. The tweet pointed out that the first announcement of a delay to February was only an estimate, so one could say the new release window isn’t technically a delay since no specific date was given. Still, the semantics of the announcement might not matter much to PlayStation 4 players who now have to wait another month to possibly see the game seeing how no exact release date was given this time either.

Path of Exile is getting four major updates in 2019, all of which will adhere to GGG's familiar content rollouts including challenge leagues, new features, fresh class skills to keep combat nice and momentous, as well as basic fixes and QoL improvements. While no exact details were given on the updates themselves, a timeline was confirmed. Buy POE Currency Trading from with the cheapest price and fast delivery.

Grinding Gear Games' Path of Exile is a free-to-play success story, having grown from modest beginnings in 2013 to entertain millions of active players every month -- and at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco next month you'll get to see how the dev team keeps it going strong.

According to the developer, the number of active XP and Vista users amounts to a mere 0.1% of the game’s total user-base, which makes sense considering that Windows XP is now old enough to drive. Windows Vista, meanwhile, is verging on becoming a teenager, which would at least explain why it was so sluggish and unlikely to do as it was told.

Other content is in the works for release throughout the year as well. Update 3.7.0 is coming in June, followed by update 3.8.0 in September, and update 3.9.0 in December. Each will introduce a new League, along with new skills, quality of life improvements, and much more. The 4.0.0 mega-expansion is out in 2020, though it may not be within the first part of the year. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime, Exiles.
